I had a very pleasant experience with Phillip Franco. He made the process of buying a new car very pain free, and as smooth as possible. My wife and I were only able to come to the dealership at seven at night to finish the transaction that Phillip and I started through e-mail, and he stayed until 10:45 p.m. to finish the sale with me. I love my new 2014 GLI, and Phillip explained everything about the car to my wife and I. It was a great experience.
Kurt Mechling was very pleasant and knowledgable in the financial portion of the operation. He made this area of the sale very manageable, and smooth. He was very great to work with.

The experience that I had at this dealer was world class. I was in the market of purchasing a car due to having a new baby and needing a more roomier car to fit my family in. At that time my family and I had a 1998 Toyota Corolla. Needless to say, with two teenagers and a new baby with a car seat the back seat was very tight. I started my search at Nissan in Union City because a co worker of mine recommended it and had a horrible experience. My sales rep was awful and made me feel like he just wanted to sale me a car- any car-and did not take into consideration what my family needed and what my budget was. I have always loved Jettas and rented them numerous times for family trips home to Chicago. Due to my budget I never thought that I would actually be able to purchase one. So after the awful experience at Nissan Union City, my significant other suggested we atleast go and look at the Jetta. I went in with my hopes low and with the intentions of just looking. Phillip greeted us at the door and proceeded to give me the best experience that I have had at a delaership thus far. He took us over to the Jettas and gave us a test drive and told me so much information about the Jetta that I felt his passion for the car. He made me fall more in love with this vehicle than I was before I came in. He then took us in to talk numbers and I remember thinking oh God here we go again. Phillip made me feel like he wanted what was best for me and my family and not like he just wanted to make a sale. He asked what our budget was and proceeded to work his magic. I walked out of Volkswagon with a brand new Jetta that evening. I would recommend that if you go to visit this dealership ask for Phillip and let him work his magic for you. My experience was so great that when I received a letter in the mail thanking us for our business, I sent a message to let them know about my wonderful experience with Phillip. I walk away from this experience singing my praises of Stone Mountain Volkswagon and my experience with Phillip.

We went into the dealership with a car that was not repairable and could not pass emissions. We had tried to repair the car and it was not successful. My credit was not the best as we where in the mist of clearing up some bad credit we had due to medical issues. The plan was to hold on for 2 more years to get cleared up credit reports and pay off some bills. Unfortunately this was not to be. Joseph Park and Volkswagen dealership went above and beyond to help us to get into a new car. The worked out a deal with a payment that we could live with. Joseph treated us with respect and kindness. He listen to our situation and went above and beyond to help us get a deal.
When other dealers would not work with us due to slow credit Volkswagen of Stone Mountain worked with our down payment and setting up a deal we could manage. I would recommend this dealership and Joseph Park highly. Please stop by and ask for Joseph when you go. Bless you all.

Stone Mountain VW was very considerate, fair and a pleasure to deal with. Our sales professinal, Phil Franco was straight forward, no BS kind of guy. He new the inventory and details about the individual cars well. I am very pleased with our treatment at this dealership. And, since we actually live in another state and will not be using Stone Mountain for any follow-on service or accessory purchases, it is really awesome that Phil and Stone Mountain have continued to be attentive and concerned about our satisfaction with the car we purchased.

Phillip was very easy to work with and I appreciated his approach to car sales. He has a very likable personality and was not aggressive or pushy towards making a sale. Very respectful and enthusiastic.
Aside from that, Phillip was the most studied car sales person I have ever met. (...and I have worked with many sales people over the years.) He knew the product EXTREMELY well and was able to discuss in-depth detail about the features and technical details of the Jetta TDI.
It was truly a pleasure to do business with Stone Mountain VW and Phillip Franco.

When I started asking questions ended up with two reps, I guess it was the "good rep bad rep" thing. Too bad because with the "omni prI purchased a new Jetta and Wes Allen was the sales consultant who helped me out. He was friendly and very patient and not pushy, while I test drove the different models.
We discussed how I was going to use the car, was it the primary car, for running around, short trips or as a commuter. With a little more discussion some advice I got the Jetta and have been enjoying the ride ever since.
It's fun to drive, tight and quick, well built with comfortable seats. It may not be as big as our other car but feels as heavy, having that "solid European car" feel. Now I understand that phrase.
I got one all most all the "bells and whistles" and having checked the web and all before I went to the showroom, feel I got the car for a good price.
Over all I'm happy with the experience. Every one I met was fairly laid back, friendlyand not in your face or following you around. We know you're watching but at least here I didn't feel "stocked". I had just come from an other dealer ,different manufacturer, were I was followed then when I started asking questions I ended up with two reps, I guess it was the "good rep bad rep" thing. Too bad because with the "omni present internet" people already have a good idea of what they want and only need a little gentle guidance, not a full court press, to make the purchase.
And yes I think I would recommend this dealer ship to others.

If you look up favorite things to do, the constant one thing you won't find is Car Buying. There is a reason for that... Well several reasons. If you've ever bought a car I'm sure you've been sitting at the desk while they haggle and tell you why the car they are offering is amazing and at a "BOTTOM DOLLAR PRICE" or my favorite "WHOLESALE PRICE" or even better the "AT COST" price. Sorry but if they sold all the vehicles "wholesale or at cost" they wouldn't stay in business. We all know this so the haggling and wheeling and dealing is exhausting and putting up with the sleazy salesman in Marietta that called me "darlin" the whole time just makes you want to scream! Okay off my soap box about that...
BUT If you want a wonderful (seriously I am truly using that word) buying experience PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Stone Mountain VW!! The team there is amazing! From the moment we walked in to the moment the car was delivered, the whole experience was awesome.
Greg our salesman, Robert the owner, Brad and Nick the sales mgrs and Rick our financial guru, they were all kind, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond helping us obtain our awesome new car!!

I was in need of reliable transportation. I remembered in1990 when I bought my first new car (the VW Fox) from Dwight Harrisson VW. Mr. Harrisson, John Harris (the sales person) and the entire staff treated me like family. Later, after having a water problem with the Fox, I was upgraded (no problem) to a Jetta. While my car was being serviced, I got a call saying that my dad had just died, they gave me a car to go to south GA and told me to take my time. There are many experiences that I could share. You can't beat the kind of customer service these people give. I did go to another dealer because it was closer to my house, all I am going to say is-it was not the same. So I drove to Snellville!
I have had several VW's; a1967 bug, 90 Fox, 91 Jetta 13 yrs before my brother wrecked it and the 1999 New Beetle that my granddaughter got. Now I am back again 2014 Jetta. I like VWs because you don't have to pet them, just service and drive them.

I was a returning customer from the Dwight Harrison Volkswagen days. I traded my 2010 Volkswagen CC in for 2013 Volkswagen CC. The overall experience was good. . There was a discrepancy in my interest rate, but the financial manager handled that for me. Of, I would not have minded paying less. Wes sent me informative videos on how to use my car. No complaints.

This was a great experience from my first call to into the dealership to check on a TDI Passet I saw on line, to working with Phillip at the dealership to learn more about the car and then make a purchase. I have been back for some scheduled service work and everything went smooth. Sam in service was extremely helpful. This is a place i would highly recommend both to purchase a car and to bring it back for service.

I bought my first car VW Passat from StoneMountain VW last year September. It was my first car, so obviously I was picky and careful. But, at StoneMountain VW, I had a wonderful experience buying the car. The dealer Mr. Joseph Park was quite welcoming and gave his full effort to give me the best deal he could. He even facilitated brining in the particular car I wanted. Although, it took couple of days for the car to arrive, but it was worth waiting! And I got the 2014 model! I am driving the car for last 4 months now and am very happy. I surely recommend StoneMountain, especially Mr. Joseph Park, who is going to work for you to get you what you want.

I worked with Claudio and Rick on the purchase of a 2013 VW Beetle Convertible. The experience from start to finish was stellar! I went into the VW dealership with my heart set on the CC, but with the negative equity with my trade, I quickly realized that wasn't going to be possible. Joseph Park was very friendly and knowledgeable and introduced me to the 2014 Passat! I told him, "you can show it to me, but i'm not buying it!" lol He told me more about the car that I could even understand at times! :) and introduced me to the pros of leasing a vehicle. Needless to say, I was there until well after the business closed and Joseph Park was there with me until the last minute! He made sure I understood every feature of the vehicle and the terms of my lease! I have been telling everyone to go to this dealership and I will be getting another VW in the future!

He was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to know about my car without leaving any details out. I was able to walk in without any clue about what i was looking for and walked out shortly after with a brand new Jetta.
